NOVEGRO tanti problemi, ancor poca attenzione.
For years, demands attention, but only under SOMETHING TO OBTAIN THE ELECTIONS.
WE WAIT THE NEXT ELECTION?
TO SEE MORE QUAL'COSA, we must hope that will happen soon?
Novegro The Committee, which has done so much and achieved for the quarter, has always been involved in the request and propose SOLUTIONS to the many issues facing the district, establish a detailed list of small and big problems waiting for a long time intervention resolving
HERE ARE SOME PROBLEMS EXISTING NOVEGRO
ROAD ':
1) input from Novegro Viale Forlanini, we highlight the danger of turn Novegro and in particular in the expectation of traffic lights for both cars, and for the pedestrian crossing.
2) Entering from Via Corelli Novegro on to Milan, requesting a traffic light or a roundabout to facilitate the entry.
3) Setting of the road Novegro direction Linate exit.
4) Traffic lights flashing off for 2 years in Baracca
5) Dosso slowing down near the kindergarten, with its lights flashing.
6) A more accurate monitoring by vigilant not to stop the car transporters and trucks on city streets.
7) I parcheggi in via Dante, non usufruibili da parte dei residenti e dai disabili
PULIZIA:
1) Maggiore e più frequente pulizia, del marciapiede antistante i negozi lungo la Via Rivoltana.
2) Pulizia del sottopassaggio che attraversa la Circonvallazione Idroscalo, attualmente paragonabile ad una latrina, con conseguente controllo.
3) Pulizia del boschetto adiacente la Via Ferrarin.
4) Pulizia dell’area dismessa davanti alla Hertz in Via Novegro, con la possibilità di creare un parco giochi.
5) Fornitura di bins along the streets also in "differentiated"
6) Pest Control of green areas.

MISCELLANEOUS:
1) Check the line up to 38 from Saini Novegro, as promised by someone in the campaign.
2) Shut down of brownfield sites, in particular the "Burnt House", is asked to retrieve it, as were the others in the territory of Segrate, our historical memory.
3) Lighting up the playground and install the cameras for surveillance of the territory, particularly in Via Dante, Via Baracca (As already requested by the retailers of tobacco and haberdashery Bar).

RECALL Resolution GC No 197, 28/11/2010, by which the project was approved
executive extraordinary maintenance work on the school's multipurpose Novegro
for the amount of € 727,240.70, of which € 13,489.14 for charges Security not subject to reduction, and beyond
IVA;
DATO ATTO che, con il suddetto provvedimento, si dava mandato al Direttore della Direzione
competente di procedere all’espletamento di tutte le formalità dovute per la scelta del contraente e
all’aggiudicazione dell’appalto in esito alla procedura di gara adottata;
REPUTATO di procedere a mezzo di procedura ristretta semplificata, ai sensi dell’art. 123 del D.lgs.
163/2006, con il criterio del prezzo più basso ai sensi dell’art. 81 dello stesso D.lgs. 163/2006 e,
trattandosi di appalto a corpo, ai sensi di quanto previsto dal combinato disposto degli articoli 53
comma 4 e 82 comma 2 lettera b) del codice dei contratti pubblici, mediante ribasso sull'importo dei
lavori posto a base di gara;
VISTI il bando di gara e il disciplinare con i relativi allegati a tal fine predisposti dalla Sezione Gare –
Contratti – Economato (agli atti);
CONSIDERATA l’opportunità di invitare alla procedura ristretta semplificata le imprese in possesso
di SOA OS 6 classifica III o superiore, posizionate utilmente nella graduatoria generata dal sorteggio
pubblico espletato il 18/12/2009 per la formazione dell'elenco delle imprese da invitare alle
procedure ristrette semplificate attivate nel corso dell'anno 2010;
CONSIDERED also necessary to set up a special Commission, pursuant to art. 13 of the Rules of Contracts

for formation of the list of companies to be invited to restricted procedures simplified
activated during the year 2010;
2. to approve the letter of invitation and the contract documents with the attachments (the file)
relating to this contract to that effect prepared by the Chamber Gare - Contracts - Treasurer;
3. that, for the completion of formalities relating to the above procedure, the Commission is
up as follows:
